This past week we focused on the Advent theme of Love. We see the greatest gift of love during Christmas, as God the Son came in the flesh to save us. 1 John 4 reminds us that this is true love. God loved us when we didn’t love Him, and in that love He gave His only Son to die for us. He calls us to love not only Him, but one another. Love is a distinguishing mark for the believer and should characterize the way that we think about, talk to, and treat each other. We look forward to gathering together again as a church family and worshiping with you as we dive more into our next Advent theme, Peace. We will see you all on Sunday morning!
