SERMON NOTES:

Sunday, February 21 Service – Scriptures referenced within this sermon – Deuteronomy 6:4-12; James 2:14-16; Luke 10:27-33; Matthew 28:17-20; Romans 10:14-16

Over the past few weeks, we have gone through the mission and vision of Beachside. I am excited to look back at the end of the year and marvel at what God has done in our church! While God is faithful, we must also be faithful to His calling and commands for our lives. This week each person who attends will be given a commitment card to reflect on what God is calling him or her to do in 2021. I am asking you to spend this afternoon praying about what you are willing to commit to in order to advance God’s kingdom here on earth. We have nothing more important than this calling.

It is my prayer that we will be a church that loves God, loves people, and makes disciples. In order to do this we must GO, so please join me in reaching this city with the gospel. Rick Warren says, “A great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will grow a great church.” May we be committed to these principles so that God and His church (bride) may be Glorified.

In Christ,
Pastor Khalil Ayoub
