James 5:1-6
This week we will continue our series through the book of James as we study James 5:1-6. We see how love and greed for riches destroy our lives. It infects the way that we think, the way we act, and the way that we treat others, even those that God has placed under our care. The Bible does not condemn money itself; the Proverbs commend those who manage their money well. But too often, to our own destruction, we want to focus on the small commendation in spite of the strong condemnation. We must take seriously the warnings that the Bible gives us about loving our money more than our Savior.
