I want to challenge you not to be spectators in the body, but to be participants. In 1 Corinthians Paul refers to the church as a body. This description is one of the greatest pictures of what a healthy church looks like. When the body is functioning as it should, nothing can stop it from reaching its community for Christ. This involves all of us deciding that we are going to take the spiritual gift God has given and use it for His glory and the furtherance of the gospel.
