Ian da Silva and Reese Rodriguez have served as Co-Youth Directors at Beachside Church since March 2026. After meeting at Palm Beach Atlantic University, Ian and Reese were drawn to each other's zeal for God, His people, local and international missions, and ministry. They began dating during their sophomore year. Both were heavily involved in the university's mission program, going on separate international mission trips to multiple countries as both team members and co-leaders. 

In December 2025 Ian graduated with a nursing degree, while Reese obtained a public relations degree. They felt called to serve together in ministry at Beachside and invest in the next generation. They made this decision after seeing the brokenness and need among the youth in New Smyrna Beach. Through discipleship, outreach, worship, and service opportunities, Ian and Reese seek to equip students to become lifelong followers of Christ, who boldly share the gospel and faithfully serve others.
