Jonathan was born and raised in Charlotte, NC where he grew up serving in his church from a young age. Jonathan felt the Lord leading him to pursue full time ministry with the gifts and talents God has given him when he was a senior in high school. He attended Ocean's Edge University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he was equipped and trained with the leadership, discipleship, and musical tools needed to serve the church well.

After graduating from Ocean’s Edge, he moved back to Charlotte, NC to join the worship ministry full time before God placed the desire on his heart to serve in an unchurched area. Jonathan was eager to join Beachside and help build the ministry after beginning his role as Worship Leader in June 2020. He has been an instrumental member of our team over the last few years, and we are grateful for the many areas he uses his gifts to serve!
